Event Description
Empower Your Business by Building Connections with 25 Chambers of Commerce!
Multiply your networking potential! Members looking for a productive networking experience will enjoy the structured format of this program, which gives each participant an opportunity to speak to a receptive audience about his/her company’s products and services. The event will begin with informal networking over a variety of appetizers. Attendees will then be divided into small groups at assigned tables where everyone will give 2-minute presentations on their companies. Following will be an additional presentation to a second and third group of participants. In addition, everyone will receive a contact list of pre-registered participants. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to expand your reach and resources!
Tentative Day-of Timeline
3:00 –Attendees arrive, pick up name tags, table numbers and any literature available
3:00- 4:00PM Butlered appetizers, cash bar and informal networking
4:00- Everyone seated, start announcements, directions for this networking event
4:15- timer for 15-20 minute roundtable introductions and round table discussions and we will do three rounds of new groups.
5:30 PM – program ends
