Food Service Sanitation Class to be held on May 10 and May 11, 2010.
 
The Restaurant Row Hospitality Group of the WPH Chamber of Commerce is pleased to again offer this benefit of belonging to the WPH Chamber.

Fees/Admission
For staff of Chamber Members:  Payment by Monday, May 3
$95.00 for 5-hour recertification class
$190.00 for 2-day class
 
For staff of non-members:  Payment by Monday, May 3
$125.00 for 5-hour recertification class
$250.00 for 2-day class
 
Cancellation Policy:  Registration fees are non-refundable.  If unable to attend after registration is received, credit may be applied to the next Sanitation Class which will be held later this year.  There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
