Kelly Owens, Prearrangement Specialist for 16 years, will walk us through her experiences both personally and professionally, on the advantages of making funeral plans in advance of need. Learn the steps of funeral planning, the benefits both emotional and financial, and receive answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
